By purchasing any product on the Simply SMP store, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

1. General

• Simply SMP is a Minecraft server providing digital goods such as ranks, perks, and in-game features.

• All purchases are voluntary and help support the maintenance and development of the server.

• These terms may be updated at any time without prior notice.

2. Payments & Purchases

• All payments are processed securely through Tebex.

• Prices are shown in your selected currency and may change at any time.

• Purchased items are usually delivered automatically. If delivery fails, please contact support.

3. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital goods, all purchases are final and non-refundable.

Refunds will not be given for:

• Changing your mind after purchase

• Being banned or punished for breaking server rules

• Server downtime or resets

• Loss of items due to gameplay mechanics or bugs

Refunds may only be considered if:

• You were charged but did not receive the product

• A technical error occurred on our side

Any chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from Simply SMP.

4. Chargebacks

• Chargebacks are strictly prohibited.

• Attempting a chargeback without contacting us first will lead to permanent removal from the server.

• All evidence will be provided to the payment processor in case of disputes.

5. Server Rules

• All players must follow the Simply SMP server rules.

• Purchased ranks or perks do not grant immunity from punishment.

• Breaking the rules may result in temporary or permanent bans without compensation.

6. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or remove products at any time

• Reset ranks or perks in case of server-wide resets

• Shut down the server if necessary, without refund obligations
